With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I prioritize fostering a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. What we offer in terms of services, cbt, trauma focus therapy, dbt, couples counseling, OCD, anxiety, depression, suicidal interventions, grief and family therapy.
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, specializing as a generalist, from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, I have completed training in trauma-informed care, Seeking Safety, and motivational interviewing.
Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome challenges and improve your mental well-being.
Our couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship.
Our family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. We work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges. We offer groups for a variety of mental health concerns.
We offer teletherapy services for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. Our teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
