Couples therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you and your partner work through conflict, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship.
Family therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within your family. We work with families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.
IIFT offers teletherapy services for those who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. Teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.

With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I prioritize fostering a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. What I offer in terms of services, cbt, trauma focus therapy, dbt, couples counseling, OCD, anxiety, depression, suicidal interventions, grief and family therapy.
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I obtained my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, specializing as a generalist, from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, I have completed training in trauma-informed care, Seeking Safety, and motivational interviewing.
